MembersCurrently, ADADA is operated by only two people – Richard and Amelia Grayson. The two of them met in 2003 in London, with Richard working as a casino consultant while Amelia was a croupier at the casino where Richard was hired to consult. The details of their first meeting are irrelevant, but suffice to say that it was love at first sight. The two of them got married two years later, which, coincidentally, was the same year in which online gambling became legal for UK citizens. The Graysons were rather impressed by this turn of events, seeing quite a lot of potential in the online casino space. In real life there is a huge variety of casino experiences – some are extremely formal and for high rollers only, while others are more casual and allow anyone to come in while also serving food to gamblers. Some are attached to hotels and serve to entertain the guests while others have restaurants built into them, so you can have a bite before or after a long night of roulette. There were practically limitless possibilities, and the Graysons were really excited to see how they would unfold in the online marketplace as well… Except nothing seemed to be done with that potential. After a few online casinos popped up and began successful, almost every single one afterwards began copying their business model. There was no variety. ADADA was born out of these two people’s desire to change that and provide gamblers with varied and interesting online experiences. As of 2015, they have been alone in this quest. They have plenty of contacts in the field of iGaming and traditional gambling, and in 2013 a major contributor gave them the opportunity to lend out loans, but he has no active participation in their endeavours. It’s all Rich and Amy! Occasionally, when they need assistance with something, they hire contractors (such as me, the person who wrote and designed their site), but 99% of ADADA’s contributions are theirs.

In order to make more contacts in the industry and attract both potential investors and clients with unique and interesting creative visions, and most importantly, to connect these two groups together, ADADA organized an event in 2014 where entrepreneurs could present their ideas in front of an audience of business-minded people in order to garner interest. The event, titled “iGaming Of The Future”, gathered about 35 people and allowed young and aspiring men and women with an eye for online casino development to garner the funding they would need in order to make their dreams a reality. Due to the nature of the event it’s hard to gauge exactly how many of them managed to make a positive impression, but we know for a fact that at least one of them has managed to garner the attention of an investor. While a similar event is not planned for 2015, there is a rather big chance that it could happen again in 2016, provided that enough people are able to present their ideas by then.
